What changed

Shipped in this update

  • The account closure link is at the bottom of your profile.
  • Confirmation immediately closes your account and signs you out.
  • A reference confirms that your deletion request has been received.

Check your subscription first

Closing your account does not cancel a subscription or automatically refund tokens. Check any subscription in your account settings before closing your account. You will no longer be able to open those settings afterwards. Contact support if you need help with billing.

A fresh sign-in may be required

If the page asks you to sign in again, sign out and then sign back in before confirming account closure.

Save the reference on your receipt

After confirmation, the page shows Your account is closed and a reference for your request. Save the reference so you can quote it when contacting support. The receipt is temporarily available in your browser for up to 30 minutes.

  • The confirmation means your account is closed and your deletion request has been received.
  • You do not need access to the closed account to contact support about your request.

What happens to your saved analyses?

You lose access to saved results when your account closes. Your deletion request also covers your saved analyses, uploaded files and other information associated with the account. The account closure page and privacy policy explain how we handle that information. A completed deletion cannot be undone.

Read the information before deciding

You can read about account closure and deletion before signing in or submitting a request. The page also explains which information we review and how to contact support if you cannot sign in.
