Delete your account

Before you request deletion

We review your account, saved analyses, uploaded files and connected services. We delete the saved analyses linked to your account. After deletion, you cannot restore your account or saved results.

Before closing your account, review any subscription in account settings. Closing the account does not cancel a subscription or refund tokens. We flag billing for manual review; contact support if you need help.

We may keep selected technical measurements grouped into ranges in a separate internal archive for analysis statistics. We keep no account or file identifiers in this archive. You cannot restore your account or reports from it. We do not publish these measurements through your previous analysis links.

If we need to keep any data to meet a legal obligation, we will explain what we retain, why and for how long. We also review relevant processor copies and backups.

We respond without undue delay, normally within one month of receiving your request. If more time is needed, we explain why within that month.

Close account and request erasure

Sign in to request deletion for your account. If you cannot sign in, email support from the address used for your account. We may ask for information to verify ownership. Do not send passwords or identity documents.
